Common questions.
What is an Amazon DSP?+
An Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) is an independent business that delivers packages for Amazon. DSPs operate fleets of branded vans, employ drivers, and are accountable to Amazon's weekly performance scorecard. CipherIQ is built specifically for DSP owners and operations managers.
Do you have access to my Amazon scorecard data?+
No. CipherIQ does not connect directly to Amazon's systems. You upload your weekly scorecards into CipherIQ — same way you'd save them to your computer. We don't have any direct access to Amazon's APIs or your account.
How is my data kept separate from other DSPs?+
Every record in CipherIQ is tagged with your company ID at the database level. Tenant isolation is enforced on every request, every query, every form. No DSP can see another DSP's drivers, scorecards, callouts, or coaching records — ever.
What happens after my 6-month free trial?+
If you choose to continue, your account converts to $299/month — locked in at that rate for the lifetime of your account. If you don't, your account closes and you can export your data. We'll send a reminder email two weeks before the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There are no contracts and no early-cancellation fees. If you cancel during your trial, you owe nothing. If you cancel after, you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Do I need to integrate with anything?+
No integrations required. Your team enters callouts, incidents, and coaching sessions through simple forms. You upload scorecards as PDFs. CipherIQ reads everything and builds your operational memory from there.
Who built CipherIQ?+
CipherIQ is built by operators who've worked in the Amazon DSP program for years. We built the tool we wished we had — and we're now sharing it with other DSPs who deserve software as sophisticated as the operations they run.
How does Cipher generate the brief?+
Cipher reads your operational data — recent callouts, incidents, grounded vans, scorecard standings, coaching triggers — and uses Anthropic's Claude AI to write a 3-paragraph summary every morning. The brief references your real data, not generic advice.
Is my data shared with Anthropic or OpenAI?+
When Cipher generates a brief, the relevant data points (your scorecard scores, callout counts, etc.) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the narrative. Anthropic does not store or train on this data per their API terms. We never share data across DSPs, and you can request data export or deletion at any time.
